Bigger sign outside. Drove right by it and couldn’t find it. Ont he other hand, Patrick was extremely helpful and made my rental very efficient and pleasant. I had the wrong ball on my hitch and he let me borrow his for the day. Way to go out of your way, Patrick! I will be back.

Retrain the sales agent. He gave me two different billing amounts within 10 minutes. He chewed tobacco and spit in my direction many times. He read my credit card number outloud with another customer standing nearby. I will never go back to that location or recommend the place to anyone.

Cab of truck was dirty. Online check-in didn’t work. No emergency number posted at location. Had to drive 40 mi to get cell phone number from home. Attendant who called me back was polite and helpful. Mobile return also didn’t work. “No location available”, even though phone was set for location to be on. Frustrating.

The tank of gas was actually empty when I let the Uhaul office. I took a photo. This delayed my move and I was paying $45 an hour for my movers who had to wait for me to fill the tank so I could go on. Not happy about that.

The employee was very helpful. The tire stop was bent and made it hard to secure vehicle. I picked up unit after employee had left for the day. But after a few miles I was able to secured vehicle for my 800 +mile trip.

Double charged $29.95 rental fee and told the insurance for the truck was $14 but charged $28??? We prearranged to rent the truck as early as possible, because the internet site pickup times was not working and only offer midnight to 3.30am as options. BecUse of the distance between our home and our destination and the crazy Denver traffic we knew we would be tight on time. We arrived at 9am to office which was unoccupied and locked and at 9.35 finally got on the road. Very old and underpowered truck, dirty inside and given the engine performance, , and specially uphill possibly in need of a service or retirement. We rented it from 9-4 and said that with cross Denver traffic ConiferCO to Bailey CO to Aurora CO to Conifer CO that having to use major highways would have significant traffic to deal with. Office called to say that the truck was rented by another client at 4.10 and we would have to return on time- putting ADDITIONAL pressure on us. Denver traffic is notoriously bad and all three major highways we used to minimize travel distance at $.79 per mile were very heavily trafficked. We arrived 14 minutes after estimated return time, including refueling otherwise would have been prior to 4pm. We communicated our situation, ahead of return time to the office staff who were unhelpful, were stressing about the next rental and offered no understanding. When we returned the truck no discussion of costs, additional fees or even total amount of rental was offered, as the next client was waiting- we were dismissed and told an email was sent and the staff ignored us and went straight on to the next people. The staff then went to check mileage and meanwhile we spoke with next renters whom we offered our apologies for being 14 minutes late, they understood and had no issues whatsoever understanding poor city traffic conditions. Being ignored by the office staff and pressured to return a truck, because they had left only a 10 minute window between rentals is very poor. He took half that time to do his return truck inspection and check the mileage, and appeared to add that time to our rental? We made it clear they knew our destination, so being double charged two lots of fees, extra miles and having the traffic conditions dismissed left us very disappointed. Having paid full price, twice over and having a very old, under powered truck to service our mountain home at 8500 feet, being told that we must rush because the office left on just 10 minutes between rentals was very poor customer service. The truck was returned cleaner than when we got it, refueled as instructed and we were left feeling ignored, pressured and very poorly treated. We would not use this location again. We are loyal U-Haul customers, not frequent movers but loyal nevertheless. Please have extra fees refunded and seek new location or provide better training to location staff. 10 minutes between rentals is not sufficient time to complete post rental checks and ensure

Not sure if you're new to this business, or what. You should consider actually helping your customers locate, hook up and check out the equipment, versus handing them paperwork and telling them, "It's out front". Probably the worst service from a U-Haul provider we've seen, to date.
