The exterior of the cargo van needed washing but the interior was clean. Also, there was a rattle in the cargo area I couldn't identify where it was coming from. The onsite agent who assisted me with the rental was friendly and helpful.

Virginia AThe U-Haul truck was not parked out front so we had to climb the gate to get the truck on the inside. Maybe next time make sure the right truck is out front. This caused us to run over our rental time. Which could have cost us money. Other than that a great experience
