I paid extra for an appliance dolly and some furniture pads that were not even provided. Thankfully, both my former apartment and current apartment maintenance staff were so kind to allow me to borrow an appliance dolly to move some of my appliances.
Joshua BThe info I entered online was not available when I checked in at the pickup location. Need to make sure the info doesn’t have to be input 2 times. Things like license picture and destination and additional drivers missing after being input prior.

Abdullatif ANothing you can necessarily improve on the drop off was very smooth. The parking situation was just slightly tight for a 20’ uhaul in the small parking lot. I can see inexperienced people who don’t drive anything bigger than a small car having issues. Our experience was great though!
