Either all access needs to be from app and specified or people working at this location need to handle things in a timely manner and be a little more helpful instead of making me wait 5-10 min at a time when figuring stuff out

They charged me a fee of fuel when I had put fuel in the truck and returned it over the amount. Then they signed my name without asking or sending paperwork so to me that’s forgery
TESSA LEasy self drop off. The host business (C.A.M. Motors) was closed when I dropped off, but there was plenty of parking space and the drop box was easy to find. This was a self-drop-off, so i did not have an interaction with personnel. This survey didn't have a 'not-applicable' answer option for the question regarding the helpfulness of personnel, so I answered 'yes' so it would not reflect negatively on the host business.
