I booked for a 7:30pm pick up and there were no apparent issues noted. When I arrived the app said see cashier because equipment was missing, which I did. She had a great personality and worked hard to figure out what was wrong. It took at least 45min. She let me know that they were going to close early so I was lucky to catch her (even though I had a reservation). She seemed to have plans as she left quickly (ride outside) and closed up before I even left. She neglected to tell me about retuning procedures. As I was returning the truck the app said to place key in a drop box. I looked around their store at 2am trying to find one and saw nothing. I locked the keys in the truck thinking they would have another key to the truck. I was woke out of my sleep with back to back calls from them. She was looking for the keys so I told her where they were and why and she says I need to call a lock smith and pay them to open it. I spent an hour and a half making calls m situating assistance and ended up paying half $65 in addition to my rental fees. Just felt highly unprofessional and unreasonable. I would never rent from here or U-Haul again.
