It was a bad storm when my husband drop this truck off. he went in the store and the lights went out. the store clerk which was a lady ask my husband can they get out which is no problem I understand why she did it because the power went out, but she didn’t give him proper directions on what to do with they keys or drop off. We receive notice it was suppose to be a drop box but it wasn’t. I called about it in the am to let staff know but it wasn’t kinda unprofessional how he handle it it sounded like he literally was in the bed just waking up I’m like I thought this was suppose to be a business phone. I just feel like proper professional communication is a must

Kenneth ANot friendly, not clear on the return process procedures...There's a giant hole in the parking lot...AND the gas pumps are not up to standard. No washer fluid in pump 10/9/8...I have to pay inside and not at the pump. There's no uhaul kiosk and having to wait while he called someone to confirm the mileage was very time consuming. 29 miles were used...simple mathematics.
