Not friendly, not clear on the return process procedures...There's a giant hole in the parking lot...AND the gas pumps are not up to standard. No washer fluid in pump 10/9/8...I have to pay inside and not at the pump. There's no uhaul kiosk and having to wait while he called someone to confirm the mileage was very time consuming. 29 miles were used...simple mathematics.
