Very mean and rude workers
ADELLE KI arranged to pick up the truck via my cell phone, but upon arrival, I found it behind a gated area marked with a "Do Not Enter" sign. I entered the facility to ask for assistance, and while the staff were friendly, the strong smell of marijuana was quite off-putting. When I received the estimated invoice, I noticed it contained errors regarding the truck's current mileage and fuel amount. These inaccuracies could have resulted in additional charges had I not caught them. Overall, due to the overwhelming odor and the discrepancies on the invoice, I cannot recommend this location.
