InitiallyI had my pick up scheduled at the Queen Creek location on Ocotillo. The reservation was scheduled over a month before I needed it. The week of pick up I get a call from Haul offing me a 20% discount if I drive out 35 miles further to another location. They gave me an additional 50 miles and $5 off the 2 dolly's I reserved. However, when I got to the Coolidge location, no on was there so we had to wait a bit. We were already stressed for time due to having to drive further than anticipated. The guy was very helpful but didn't have any dolls so we had to buy one.

Great customer service, return was fast and easy. Asked if everything went well on our move...and it did. Place is messy as it is an automotive shop, so it was to be expected. Didn't bother us. Very nice staff.
