Brian SMake sure your App works properly. If it wasn't for the store owners where the van I reserved was to be picked up at 8 AM, that made themselves available despite the fact their store did not open on Sunday's until 12, we would've had to go somewhere else which was very stressful due to the tight schedule we had. They put us in contact with a lady from U-Haul who was able to check us in over the phone. She was very professional and helpful, as was the owner of the store.
Maria PI always have trouble using the app to pick up the vehicle. Your customer service was very helpful getting me onto the website which worked better. It usually glitches at the back of the license plate scanning on the app, but not on the website. I think it would be good to have a notice on the app suggesting logging into the website if there are issues with the scanning. I will try to remember going forward but if i had seen that notice on the app i may not have needed to call customer service which would have been faster for me. I spent 20 mins trying the app before i called. the location is great, very easy parking of my car close by, vehicle very easy to locate and egress.
