Florian VThey were horrible and rude and mean and will act like he did you a favor if he unhooks your trailer. I didnt know how to unhook it and he acted like i was disturbing him. This was my first experience with a trailer uhaul and i was traveling by myself with my 3 children and people shouldnt be partnered with uhaul if they are going to treat customers as this .

Verins AI encountered a minor issue with the trailer tiedown cranking handle. They were rusty and does not appear to be oiled being outside. It makes it challenging to use secure the straps.
