The people helping were awful. They signed my papers for me. When returned they took the key and said bye I said what else do I need to do. They said nothing bye. Then I got charged a lot of extra saying I didn’t return stuff when we clearly took those items to the front desk with us and he told us to sit them right there. I’m disgusted and will never use again!!!

MICHAEL TInterior of the truck was dirty. Smelled like smoke. Splashed drinks all over. Wheel was sticky. Display panel was set to Spanish. Had to use a container of Lysol wipes on the interior to clean it up.
