The overall experience of ordering online and how my reservation was botch was terrible... I ended paying way over the advertised price. The facility and the people that worded there were helpful. But when I called to get help with this reservation they transferred at least twice to get the help I needed. At the end of the day, this is probably the last time I'm renting from UHAUL. It is still very upsetting just thinking about all the back and forth with their customer service.
