I arrived to the location to pick up the truck and trailer to find a very messy and unappealing establishment. When I finally got the rental agreement it was printed on the back side of previously used paper. The truck had not been inspected and had marker light issues. When I asked about getting them fixed I was told they don't do that. I had to call U haul to get it fixed. That process took almost 4 hours to get done after being told they would be there in an hour 15 or less! Customer file # 35220556. I was Very dis satisfied with the level of service for the amount of money I was spending. I would not recommend renting from this U Haul facility to anyone, It is a disgrace to the U haul brand.

MICHAEL HTook over an hour.... I waited for the gut for 45 min. Then after paying and hooking up trailer it took him 45 more min to come outside to take 1 picture so I could leave... place looked abandoned.... terrible
