Didn't open till 10.00 am and then they weren't there. Another person from the business next door opened the gate. I just had to leave the trailer. I left a msg on their phone to let me know if all was well with the trailer and never heard from them. Very poor way to run a business.

My pickup time was at 10 AM but the guy came in at 10:15 AM got me the dolly down the stairs and I had to pick it up to the truck. The day before and same day I called this location 20 times to confirm that everything is good to go but unfortunately no answer. Horrible experience for the money I paid.

Theodore HI was not informed on a $100 deposit until I was ready to pick up my u-haul. Very unsatisfied. Also I was pulled over by police for expired licence plate and expired tag from 2011! That is ridiculous.
