There are crack pipes for sale on the counter. There are sketchy people all over. I was shaking when I left and did not appreciate the location or having to leave my car there. I rushed back as soon as I could.

It took over an hour (past 5pm) to even get the keys. I had to even help the worker on how to unlock his alphabetical lock. He never conducted a uhaul rental but it took an extremely long time until I was able to drive off, and I still got charged for returning it past the time that I had even walked in to the store. It was a rough horrible experience and thats because I use uhaul often. No dolly like i had requested...different location than where I had reserved. So I had to drive a total of 15 minutes just to get there and ofcourse still getting charged for mileage. I was told I would get a dolly. There was none. I had to go to home depot for one. Questioning if I would use uhaul again...
