The only difficulty we had was with the app-took over 30 minutes to get the vehicle because of the app failing when we were taking pictures for pick up

The truck ran very rough, gas fumes in cabin when going slow, inside of windshield was dirty. The UHaul app didn’t recognize my reservation number; took 3 depts and over an hour for them to fix this. The app wouldn’t accept pictures of truck on morning of pick up
