The auto transport was extremely dirty. I had to wash it when I got home, before loading it. It looked like it went through a muddy field before being returned.

Everything worked perfect.
MARK SWe were charged more for not putting gas in the truck which I understand, however......we were also charged for "cleaning" the truck. I literally watched my cousin sweep out the back of the truck. So, I don't know what the cleaning charge was for. Also, I think U-Haul should offer a refund to customers when they return the truck back early. We paid for 3 days, but actually only used it for 1 day.
Robin ROnline reservation was simple. The pickup process was quick.
