This was not the drop-off location I had selected in my reservation. Please do not TELL customers that their chosen drop-off location has been changed. Rather, ASK if they might be willing to drop off at a different location. Give the customer the option. I was told to drop off at this location instead of the closer location in my reservation. My chosen location would have been open at the time I needed to drop off, but this drop-off location was CLOSED. I got a text from U-Haul with a link for Self Return of equipment, but the link (http://uhaul.com/s/500392A9D8) did not work. ("The page you are trying to access does not exist.") Luckily, although this location was closed, a manager happened to be present. On her cameras she noticed me looking lost and confused. She kindly came out to help, and quickly processed the equipment return for me.

BRYON HWash the windshield and the exterior of the truck. There were splattered bugs all Over the front of the vehicle. I went straight to the gas station and spent at least 10 minutes scrapping bugs of the windshield. The engine oil was very dark. And the rear tire probably should be replaced soon.
LUIS GInside of truck, near the front, was wet from a leaking roof. Had to drive the truck all the way bacķ to the Uhaul location to exchange for another truck. 2nd truck was fine. Dealer was fine.
