Larry was very understanding and accommodating of my concern that the proper size truck be at the pick up location as reserved. I have had issues with other UHaul locations in the past where I had to travel out of my way to pick up a truck because the chosen pick up location did not have the proper inventory. Larry was friendly and easy to work with.
