The owner was professional and courteous. Was having problems with the online application and he came over on his day off to help me out. I would definitely recommend Moe's Mart for moving.

Location if great it is U-Haul that I would never recommend. You check out on Line and suppose to get a code to get the key however you never get the code. Have to get on the phone with U-Haul as they take an hour trying to figure out why you don't have a code. This took 2 days trying to get a truck and both times waiting almost an hour for a key. Gave up on the first try thinking different day, system not working would be better. It was not, same thing took 45 minutes on phone with U-Haul to get a key. Ryder next time, never U-Haul again. Awful customer support
Susan BI was extremely upset that U-haul wanted me to bring back the truck to the state I moved from. I should not have to pay extra mileage to return the truck after moving out of state. I was charged extra for the return, which is ridiculous.
