Not great clientele around the uhaul pick up at that gas station. But hail services and truck were great. Easy to use self check in and return processes

CAROLYN BLocation if great it is U-Haul that I would never recommend. You check out on Line and suppose to get a code to get the key however you never get the code. Have to get on the phone with U-Haul as they take an hour trying to figure out why you don't have a code. This took 2 days trying to get a truck and both times waiting almost an hour for a key. Gave up on the first try thinking different day, system not working would be better. It was not, same thing took 45 minutes on phone with U-Haul to get a key. Ryder next time, never U-Haul again. Awful customer support
