I loved them. I was not the one renting the van but he used my bank card (never again!). The folks here have been very nice and they care. Now the person who I drove to the U-Haul is not trustworthy. He kept the van even though I tried to get him to take it back. I even drove up there to take it back and he took it back the night before I got there. Ugh! He said the key would not fit. So I said good. Let’s go get it to take to where u haul wants it. He took us but the van was gone. (Found out later that the van was at a different place than where we took it. We called U-Haul and they said shove the key in it. I think I called U-Haul like 15 times to make sure to let them know what was happening. But each time I had to talk to a different person which was inconvenient because I had to tell the story over and over again. Some would say they would call back but did not. Please change this so I could talk to the same person. I did ask them to call me when they found the key and van. They did not. I hope you go after . He wants me to cancel my bank card and get a new one. He is blaming me for not doing this. I told him U-haul did nothing wrong. Ugh! He is not working yet because he has bad health. But he is the one who had the van and did not turn it in and drove it. This changed his and my relationship back to just family who helps each other very little.

Absolutely nothing
Latasha LThe whole process was a breeze.
Esmeralda QI dropped off on a Saturday, and it was closed. Like the pickup location, it was even more sketchy. Looked like a very nasty garage in the middle of nowhere. Once again, not a very good reprehensive location for your organization. I have rented a couple of time in the past couple of months, and all the situations were the same.
Robert MI thought the service was excellent and I cannot think of any improvements to be made. Everything was explained clearly and the experience was very pleasant and friendly.
