The dolly that I requested wasn't provided. They changed locations on us. Adding an even further drive which means more has. I preselect location and reserved my truck days in advanced!. Uhual needs to do better!!! Ppl pay so much money to just be screwed put of even more money!. This wasn't a reflection of this location just over all with uhual.

Sharon LAbsolute abysmal service in Memphis. I reserved a truck weeks ago and there was none to be found in Memphis. When I finally found a spot to get a truck there were no dollys and there was no blankets. I went back to Memphis to rent some and no one would rent them. Terrible service and will never use uhaul again.
