We were given two days notice where we were requested to go to a location that was two hours from our original location. We work full-time in this made it very difficult to plan as we didn’t have four extra hours in our day to go pick up a vehicle. It would’ve been good to know this the week before when we were in Grand Junction with tons of vehicles would not recommend U-Haul as we had to really fight to get a truck. The personnel at the location was very nice.

It was hard to take pictures due to how close the vehicles were parked. Also instruction on where to put the lock was not super clear. especially when it said LOPEZ in mailbox.
Nolene PDrop offs were always done at night, after hours.
