KIRBY SBe more clear on the return instructions for returning after hours as i dropped the truck off on the same day i rented it in Green Bay, but apparently didn't log in correctly and got charged for two days plus some weird fee. Called to discuss with Green Bay office on Packerland and spoke to the rudest women. I will never use again because of this
