It was very noisy, hard to hear and understand over the phone but when the guy got there and we left the place to go to the truck, it was fine after that.

I was told to pick my truck up from this location because someone from U-Haul called me and told me the original location I booked my truck with was closing early. I had to go to that original location to load a u-box container and they told me they didn’t close early. Was giving no explanation why I had to switch as they had plenty of trucks in their lot. When I got the truck it was missing the dolly I reserved and when I tried to explain it in the office, the only person there barely spoke English as the people who deal with the rentals wasn’t there. Luckily I was able to get it, but I was not pleased with the whole experience.
Sam BThe problem was not the pick-up location, but misleading advertising. After 43 miles of driving, less than 4 hrs, I ended up paying $152, far cry from the 19.95 that it’s boldly printed on the trucks.
