I only had this rental for 3 days. That meant I had to drop off on Sunday. This place isn't open on Sundays but always have people dropping off at their gate. Monday I'm at work and get a notification that my card was charged for dropping off after hours. That's nonsense when the place isn't open. I would've had to pay another day if I'd kept it. The trailer is still sitting outside their gate as of right now. I'm extremely aggravated that I was charged for this. If this is how uhaul will do business I'll go elsewhere.
conley gThe truck bed still had some minor debris from the previous rental, but that was easily swept out. Other than that, everything was great.
Brian JThis was a terrible location. The truck was backed up into poison ivy, there was massive water puddles all around the car and lock box with no way to get into the driver seat or access the lockbox without stepping in muddy water.
