The vehicle was maintained but the cab was not clean. There was loose cigarette nicotine in the cup holders in the cab and as a non smoker there was a noticeable scent as well. There was also some spilled salt or sugar in the cup holders too. The alignment was a little off. Aside from that the truck was clean and in good condition.

RODNEY PThe problem I have is that U-haul themselves (not Evans Mgt) changed my location of pick up because U-haul took the truck that I had rented and sent it somewhere else. This was done after 6:30 on the day before I was to pick up the truck. I greatly did not appreciate that and I think it is very bad business for the people who are the customer and the location for which the rental was to be pickup. Luckily I was able to switch to a different truck and get the service I needed. I did not want to switch places of rental. I have to say this could defer me from ever renting a U-haul again. Not happy with your company as it created extra work for the person I was renting from and myself to figure out changing details.
