Unbelievable my pick up was at 10am. Didn't get my truck till 1130 made my reservation 2 weeks in advance. Requested 1 appliance dolly and 1 regular dolly. Didn't get either truck was a complete mess. Opened up back to find 12 full size car batteries. And all that was said was sorry. We were on vacation. Customer service was great took care of me don't go through this location directly. U will regret it I promise u that.
SHAWN GThe physical location of this Uhaul store was the “Below Average” It was appx. 7 miles one way to the store. There used to be a Uhaul office in town but closed and the location I used was located 7 mile out of town.
ADAM HCharged a cleaning fee when I cleaned the uhaul before returning it.
