PERCY MSanmeet was excellent and made for a very easy return of equipment. There were no problems identified.
NATHANIEL GI showed up at the expected time, but the office was not open. I had to phone the number of that location for somebody to show up as I stood outside; fortunately, the weather was good. Also, the office building location and entrance was not clearly marked from the road.
