I've rented from this location twice in the last month. Unfortunately, I was overcharged on both occasions - both times related to the fuel level and mileage. I received refunds on both occasions however, I had to provide proof in the form of pictures / videos / receipts. The office does not seem to have a good handle on details - so if you rent at this location - make sure that you take pictures of everything so that you don't get overcharged.

Jacob MMy reason for this review is when I got the cargo van, it was extremely dirty had an odd smell, and felt like the transmission was going out. Also had U-Haul for one day didn’t go over miles. I said I was going to go also brought it back on full after I filled it up. They still charged me money for gas after I had put it in there. Service wise they were friendly and very helpful but on the equipment end, I was not satisfied, will not be coming to this location again.
