We were charged twice for our rental. Initially, our rental was unavailable when we arrived to pick it up and no one communicated that with us, so we had to drive 30 minutes out the way, to and from, so a total of one hour, and wasted gas/time because our initial pick up location did not have our truck. And then the check out process was lengthy. Both pick up and drop off locations were great - the men helping were wonderful and this is no fault of theirs, it's UHaul's fault.

The trailer needed repairs to the lights after I’d picked it up and roadside assistance repaired it. Otherwise, the trailer worked fine. I plan to rent it again next year.

MARYSKA CI requested a dolly or cart thing to move my cargo, but they didn't have it. The saving grace for this place was the helpful staff. They gave my sister a recommendation for a place to get a hitch at such a short notice. The staff were quite helpful, but I spent money on that dolly and am a bit dissatisfied regarding that matter.
