The rep was told I only needed a one day rental not a 2 day and that the insurance was quoted at $30.00 not $45.00.. Instead of handling the issue right then she told me the return location would handle these issues as they would be the one's to charge my credit card. That did not happen as the return location told me that the pick up location was the one who initiated the charge to my credit cards. Needless to say I was overcharged on my credit card and will have to fill a dispute for the charges. The rep at the pick up location was not on site when I arrived to do the return and was not helpful with issues I had regarding the charges for the rental. I have yet to hear back from a member of management regarding getting a credit for being overcharged.
