I was quoted at a cheaper price both times and charged double at time of service. Both times.
Nikki SNot charge them more than what was initially quoted and refund them when they return the truck earlier than scheduled.
NIKKIM SI was a bit hesitant regarding how to access the rental without dealing with an actual person. I made the reservation the day before and used the app which walked me through the process of both picking up the van and returning it with ease.
