Over all experience was excellent. I was concerned driving 12 hours south with no spare for the trailer. I was thinking U-Haul should have a spare on the roof or side of trailer. Maybe it will come in time. Maybe they keep getting stolen. I will use again,

Scott OThis is a shared business environment. There was no UHaul person there when I made the dropoff. I was instructed to leave the keys with someone else. Everything worked out ok, but it felt sketchy.
WILLIAM SI was told I was given a one way truck and could return it wherever I wanted. This was not true. I received a call that if I didn’t return it to the original location I’d be charged a significant fine. The truck was given to me with barely any gas. Terrible experience. Will not be back.
