They threw away our blankets we used for padding after we called them and told them we’d come pick them up. I called U-Haul and they said they would call back within a few days and I’ve yet to hear anything.
JOVAN OWhen dropping the truck off, the tiny parking lot was a bit chaotic (which, yes, is no one's fault) and with a giant truck, made it a bit stressful. I had to answer another load of questions and the app kept jumping to a different screen so, I had to start all over and it was very frustrating. I checked "yes" for helpful personnel because I'm sure they would have been a help, but since I unfortunately chose to do the mobile option of dropping off the truck, I didn't talk to anyone. Overall, my advice would be to NOT use the mobile option of picking up/dropping off your U-Haul rental. Choose the option to talk to someone face-to-face because it will probably save you a giant headache.
Danielle UI wasn’t happy that they charged me for fuel when I specifically filled the tank to where it was when I got it.
