First off, you can BARELY make it out of the lot. Between the uhauls being so close together and the used cars on the side of road you take nearly 20 to leave the lot between backing in and out to try to leave. Second, the truck was never cleaned off so you had to figure out the snow and ice on widows. Third, the truck was never warmed or anything to be ready. My FAVORITE part(please note my SARCASM) was being CHARGED for a whole SECOND day because the location was closed all day so it was considered an “AFTER HOURA DROP”. The customer service woman was the RUDEST ever. I will NEVER give U-Haul my service again. I will tell EVERYONE on ALL my social media the issues and I Will make sure all my friends and family boycott as well and utilize Penske or any other DECENT business. SHAME ON YOU!

I was set to pickup my truck at 10am. No one showed up until 10:45. I was also charged the "SafeMove" fee when in my initial reservation I waved that. Also in my initial reservation I requested a dolly that I did not receive. At the end of checking out I asked how long can I keep it for to know how long to make up for the hour lost. They said I could keep it until tomorrow. I dropped it of the next day before the 24hours and I was charged another day. I was under the impression they said that to make up for the time lost.

ROBERT EThey threw away our blankets we used for padding after we called them and told them we’d come pick them up. I called U-Haul and they said they would call back within a few days and I’ve yet to hear anything.
JOVAN OWhen dropping the truck off, the tiny parking lot was a bit chaotic (which, yes, is no one's fault) and with a giant truck, made it a bit stressful. I had to answer another load of questions and the app kept jumping to a different screen so, I had to start all over and it was very frustrating. I checked "yes" for helpful personnel because I'm sure they would have been a help, but since I unfortunately chose to do the mobile option of dropping off the truck, I didn't talk to anyone. Overall, my advice would be to NOT use the mobile option of picking up/dropping off your U-Haul rental. Choose the option to talk to someone face-to-face because it will probably save you a giant headache.
