The General Store in Elmer where we picked up the truck was outside of Altus, OK and internet connectivity was very spotty. It took us an hour to get the truck, and it was dirty on the inside of the cab. There were no other issues, except we were charged cleaning fees at the end. Spoke with U-Haul about the issues we ran into and they returned our cleaning fees and gave a discount on the overall bill. Greatly appreciated. Great customer service.
