There were issues uploading photos, but customer service helped with the issue by sending a new link. I feel that I was over charged for the service. I originally thought I needed the rental for 24 hours, but I used it for only 8 hours because it was a local move and was still billed for 24 hours. I paid a total of $191 and change for an 8 hour rental. I feel that was too steep. Also, the hidden charges should be more visible. The system shows that the cost is $29.99 per day and my initial charge was $73 dollars and I was billed for an additional $118. I understand that $22 was for bringing it back on 3/4 tank instead of full but what about the rest

JON WIt was unclear where to drop off the trailer on the property. I had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to find someone that knew where to drop the trailer. While they weren't very helpful or reassuring, the drop off process through the U-haul app made me feel a lot better about leaving the trailer at that location.
William Supdate maps location. it was a little buggy but we got there. the gentleman running the shop was awesome. we were in and out in less than 20min.
