Location is amazingly helpful, checking in a couple of days before to coordinate drop off and make sure that the move is as smooth as possible. Overall, a highly positive customer experience. I've used his location a couple of times, this is the first time with a truck rather than just a trailer and have had 3 good experiences over the past year.
