The overall experience at this U-Haul location was below average. The truck was functional but not particularly clean or well-maintained check engine light on all the time. Personnel were courteous enough but lacked the attentiveness or initiative that would make the process smoother. Nothing went wrong, but nothing stood out either. Would recommend only if convenience outweighs expectations.

We made a drop off in Dacula Georgia and the guys were not helpful at all. They just said just put it on the lot. No receipt. No nothing. Did not get logged as returned for days. Finally a receipt after someone at U-Haul discovered it missing. Don’t drop you stuff in Dacula.
