They didn’t have the truck I reserved gave me a smaller one. They also didn’t have any of the equipment I reserved truck felt like it was falling apart.

PAUL BThere is no cellular service in the area so self check in of equipment is impossible. I wasted almost an hour trying to get my equipment checked in with the app using wifi from the nearby gym and the app wouldn't work. I had to call customer service and send pictures to prove I checked it in before time. The location was a service station and they were fine but unaware I was dropping off equipment
