I signed up for curbside. No code was ever sent to me. There is no cell service in this location. The owner did come in and help but the process added almost 2 hours to my day. Thanks

no dolly for rent. no moving pads for rent
WAYNE KThe Springfield, VT, U-Haul is very unusual compared to many sites. It is easy-to-deal with, friendly, clean, with gas pumps, food, a car-wash, and a delicious barbeque across the street.
MICHEL GWhen I went to get tbe trailer no one was there that knew how to use the u-haul site. Tbey had to call a manager in a d I wIted for over an hour for them to arrive. When tbey did they were very polite and sorry for the delay. When connecting the trailer, the site didn't have tools to connect up the chains, I went and bought tools so they could, they did re-imburse my founds for the tools though. As this is the closest site to me I will go agian but this last experience was not good.
