The lady at the register, and the owner were very helpful and nice.
Andrew SI didn’t enjoy the customer service experience. The person at the gas station had to call someone from U-Haul and then do it all by phone and no one told me that when I return it that Inhave to go inside so that it can be tagged and then put in the key box. I just followed what the app told me. So better communication about how to turn in the equipment should be stated before customers leave with equipment.
