I didn’t know until the day before that the location was changed and I had no idea it would be at a gas station. The attendant had to keep stopping and helping his customers. We were there about 45 minutes which when moving is time spent. He was very nice but that was cutting into my time.
MELODY WMy truck was not available and I was sent to a different location. I did not receive my 50 dollar credit for the reservation and the person could not figure out how I could drop it off in Indianapolis to save 200 dollars.
NEIL DThis is the second time I’ve used this facility and it’s been terrible. Firstly their mobile service does not work. When I went inside to check in the workers had no clue what to do. I had to wait an hour for their manager who was at home to call U-Haul to verify my reservation then call them back so that I could get in my truck. The truck was in rough shape and had someone’s SS card and birth certificate in it. Please stay away from this one!
