Truck was in poor repair but it did our job just fine. Location was good. The gentleman who assisted us was especially helpful. Good experience.overall.

WILLIAM AThe self serve process can a confusing even after watching the video. If your phone is not setup for this app then you out of luck. I had to get the person that was helping me move use his phone and loading all my person information on his phone to check in and get truck. I do have a IPHONE and it didn’t work. I will always now find a U-Haul with a live person moving forward. I even called the customer service and they tried to help.
