My rental return was due at 7:30 am on Sunday, but we were through by 1:00 pm on Saturday. I got a text from U-haul saying another family in the area was in need of my rental and could I turn it in as soon as possible. I thought, what the heck, I'm done with it, I may as well help someone else out. I returned the truck before 1:30, but the mobile app was giving me problems. Eventually I thought I had completed check-in and dropped the keys in the drop box. Driving away from the location, I checked my app to verify everything was good, but it looked like my rental was still active. So we drove back to the drop off location and explained to the person behind the counter. She said she would take care of it. At 4:30 my app said my rental was still active. We drove back to the drop off location and they were closed! We called -haul and explained everything and the nice gentleman on the phone understood the situation and assured us he would handle it. I checked my app later that day and still nothing. I checked the next day (Sunday) and the app stated that my rental was OVERDUE! I check the drop off location hours and sure enough, they were closed on Sunday! ARGH!!!!! But Monday at 9:00, the app finally showed the rental was complete. Thank God! All in all, this was a terrible rental. From picking up to dropping off. Next time (if there is a next time), I will only rent where there are U-haul personnel on site and can physically check out and check in vehicles.

The place was closed when I arrived so no one to help me, but there was ample space for the drop off and the process was super easy to do online.
