JEFFREY BThere was no fluid in the window washer and this made the ride very troublesome. I had to keep stopping to clean off the windshield.
THOMAS JWhere do I begin? The person who we talked with to get the U-Haul at ‘Noon’s Service Station’ in Dallas, PA had no sense of urgency whatsoever and downplayed my requests to speed things up. Instead he just kept talking about pure nonsense, not relevant to his job. Secondly, I was given an auto transport trailer that had a tail light out, not knowing that it probably wasn't street legal. I was told by the guy at the dealership that I would have to bring it to another U-Haul location or just call roadside assistance to get it fixed, which I ended up doing. Third, when I got to the receiving U-Haul dealership in Springfield, MO, I was told that my renting of the trailer was removed and a bunch of things were changed by a person(s) at Noon’s Service Station that added fees without my knowledge. Luckily, the receiving dealer decided to take the weight of that.
Stoker WThere is absolutely NOTHING that needs to be improved here. The man who helped me was SO HELPFUL, with everything from calling me into the office before he even opened when he saw me at the automatic key box to telling me how to make turns into traffic with the best visibility (be perpendicular!). He was insanely helpful and friendly.
