CHAUNCEY AThe pickup location was fine a little hard to get to but it was in the East Side of Dallas so just a tight parking lot. (Truck had some slight key issues, I'm not certain if the provider even realized as every door was unlocked when I arrived)
GLENN SThe rental was easy to set up and pick up. Dropoff was also smooth, but it looked like there was only one truck available at the shop. There was someone there during the drop-off—possibly the store owner—who seemed to be waiting on the truck. Overall, a straightforward experience.
