We had to change pick-up locations 3 times throughout the process. Military parkway was our second, but when we arrived, there was no vehicle for us and we got sent to U-Haul Moving & Storage at W Kingsley Rd. Our reservation was not in their system, so what should have been a 10 minute pick-up, took 1.5 hours. Our original pick-up time was scheduled for 9am and we didnt get into a U-haul until 10:30 At the kinglesy location, Lester, the site manager, was extremely helpful and we appreciated him sorting out the vehicle for us. The equipment was in good shape once we received it.
