Pick up location was changed by U-Haul less than one hour prior to my scheduled pick up. This added extra miles to my trip so it increased my costs. The cab of the truck was also dirty and had not been cleaned prior to my use. But when I returned the truck and said it needed to be clean, I was charged for the cleaning fee. Overall a very negative U-Haul experience.

Well I didn’t receive any appliance dolly and I was told I’d get 10miles free because the location I originally booked didn’t have the truck I needed. So the new location was further away in a very sketchy area.
